Our coffee is sourced directly from some of the best bean farms and specialty coffee leaders in the world, with our Ionia espresso beans coming directly from Italy and our coffee beans locally roasted by Detour Coffee Co.
Our pastry chef has trained at Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie in France and worked with some of the top elite pastry chefs in around the worlded and have brought their talents home to Niagara to share with you!

Our mission has always been to combine classical French pastry techniques with a comforting variety of North American treats from our childhood to provide our customers with a unique non-franchise cafe experience. We want everyone who walks through the door to feel like they are at home and create a place where friends could gather to enjoy fresh daily made desserts and good simple food.
